Sandfly?

… How did you manage to not even bother searching the article for "sandfly"? The article mentions a claim that a sandfly laid eggs in him, but the sandfly article has no mention of this even being a possibility. I'd expect something like "insect lays eggs in living human being" being a pretty interesting fact to mention.

And it rather obviously pertains to the article in that where are the sources? Other than him claiming it. jae (talk) 17:34, 23 August 2025 (UTC)

Just because a sandfly laid eggs in Mandel doesn't mean that sandflies laying eggs in human beings is at all a common occurrence, and if it's not a common occurrence, it doesn't bear mention in the sandfly article.

And your accusatory question '… How did you manage to not even bother searching the article for "sandfly"?' makes no sense. Your posts don't provide context, and seem to be purely about the content of WP's sandfly article, so FlightTime has every reason to be puzzled as to why you're posting this on the talk page for Howie Mandel's article instead.
