The debate starting with "Hoth is an example of the science-fictional stereotype of a planet that has only one climatic zone" is interesting but somewhat speculative. Is it really necessary?

Can't hurt. If it's there, it would belong under a Notes heading, or reference under "See also" to some list of sci-fi planets with one climate. Oberiko 13:05, 30 Sep 2004 (UTC)

Surface water 100% (Mostly frozen): Well, this is quite surprising, is there any reference? I would have said that it could have been an ice sheet or something. In fact, it's likely that we cannot know if it's a sea ice or an ice sheet or even both of them. IP recorded.

You gotta admit, it's got potential. --Blue387 23:34, 28 February 2006 (UTC)Reply

Star Wars: Battlefront

[edit]

i suggest deleting both Star Wars: Battlefront chapters. being a star wars fan, i can live with a Hoth entry on wikipedia, but details about computer game levels playing on Hoth aren't at all necessary. --Astat (talk) 02:15, 19 January 2008 (UTC)Reply

Agreed. There's more Battlefront content than Empire Strikes Back content, and I don't see why Battlefront should be included but not any other games or Expanded Universe appearances. Nick Fel (talk) 12:22, 18 March 2008 (UTC)Reply

Han Solo Destroyed Probe?

Even Han admits that it must have self-destructed. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 74.170.89.163 (talk) 03:01, 21 August 2008 (UTC)Reply
