[edit]The term "cloudhopper" is a trademark for a particular manufacturer. Whereas "hopper" is the more generic term. It might make sense to have a discussion of the terminology an the origins of the "cloudhopper" term on the "hopper" page. Also, it is not clear to me what information belongs on this page that doesn't also belong on the more general one. Information specific to the trademarked product can be put into a separate section in the more generic article. So, I suggest that the info here be folded into hopper balloon and that this page become a redirect there. Blimpguy 17:32, 23 January 2006 (UTC)
Historically, workhorse hopper balloons of 1930s were gas-filled, shouldn't hot air be removed from the lead? NVO (talk) 02:41, 23 April 2009 (UTC)
