Someone tried to start an article Ho Technical University. I guess due to the new name of the institution this article should be moved and there should be a redirect from the old name and the information should be merged. Here I think external sources are missing and there should be a more neutral tone (e.g., "enormous progress" should be specified). Crotopaxi (talk) 09:20, 27 September 2017 (UTC)Reply
