Use of the word "village"

In the lead paragraph, the article reads: "Hisua is a city and a notified area in Nawada district in the Indian state of Bihar."

However, the article mentions "in this village". Does this really mean "in the villages"? Esowteric+Talk 18:35, 5 August 2009 (UTC)Reply
