Hi, I'm Jammy, and I'll be reviewing this article below. I must applaud you for your continuous effort on this article, and your dedication to improving it, and how well you took the previous reviewer's comments. While I will go into more detail below, I am incredibly happy to say that this is a Quick Pass, as it easily meets all 6 criteria. Good articles and above represent only 0.78% of all wikipedia articles, so it is an outstanding achievement to be a major contributor to a successful good article.

I noted that this article had quick failed a previous review, and I was greatly happy to see that since then, all of the previous reviewer's comments have been abided by and fixed. This leaves this review in a very good position.

1. It is reasonably well written.

   The whole article is understandable and clear, with a good layout.

2. It is factually accurate and verifiable, as shown by a source spot-check.

   This was the main problem in the previous reviewer's comments, and I am glad to say that this has been much improved. If you were to try and get this article to featured article status, the citation method would have to be consistent but that is not necessary for Good Articles.

3. It is broad in its coverage.

   The article goes into depth, but not too much depth, about all reasonable aspects of Iowa's History.

4. It follows the neutral point of view policy.
