Not a NHL

The courthouse is NOT a U.S. National Historic Landmark. All the Texas ones are listed in List of National Historic Landmarks in Texas and they all already have articles. It is in fact listed on the U.S. National Register of Historic Places, was listed on June 21, 1971 in fact. All NHLs are listed on the NRHP, but very few NRHPs are NHLs.
