Article Draft Evaluation critiques: -Link taylorism to “Scientific management” page on Wikipedia where it is defined -Instead of mentioning the alternative name for HPOs at the end of the intro, put “sometimes labeled as high commitment organizations” in parentheses in the first sentence right after “high performance organization (HPO)” -hyperlink “hawthorne studies”, “scientific management”, and “tavistock institute” -hyperlink “Tuckman” to either the Wiki page about him or the Wiki page “Tuckman’s stages of group development” -decide on a constant term to refer to high performance organizations. Sometimes you write out the whole name and sometimes you say HPO’s or HPOs -at the end of the “leaders” subsection I didn’t know what it meant when one of the sentences ended with “(Owen)” -hyperlink “total quality management”, “Lean six sigma”, “quality circles”, “process reengineering” and “lean manufacturing”

• Article seems very well written with a lot of information about HPOs. I like your intro and the section divisions. Very organized and easy to follow. Overall I was very impressed with this article.
