Black Jack Christian, not High Fives gang

This article is primarily a biography about "Black Jack" Christian, not really about the High Fives gang, which has a separate article. This article was moved here, from its original title, without discussion, by a user who appears to be the first contributor for the article about the gang. I think that article would be better here, while this article would be better under a title like Black Jack Christian or even his birth name, William Christian. Because of changes made to the redirect that resulted from that original move, I cannot revert that move. WP:RMUM suggests a non-controversial technical move is needed. - Cameron Dewe (talk) 00:15, 22 April 2023 (UTC)

I fully endorse these comments. It is also causing confusion with the article currently at "The High Fives Gang", which really is about the gang - and which also needs to be renamed. The above comments apply to an article that was originally at Black Jack Christian. It was moved here on 8 May 2021 in an undiscussed move that disassociated the original talk page from the article. On 4 September 2025, with this edit the original article at this page was moved to Black Jack Christian as a result of a technical move, but this talk page was not moved with it, because the target page already had a talk page. Editor Clock at 13 has created an article about the High Fives Gang that was originally named The High Fives Gang and ha now been moved to this article by dropping the definite article from the title. - Cameron Dewe (talk) 20:39, 5 September 2025 (UTC)
