This isn't a proper noun or official/formal title, so shouldn't the article title be lower case (High-tech employee antitrust litigation)?--ukexpat (talk) 20:35, 26 January 2016 (UTC)Reply

There's no magic formula to what makes something a proper noun, but to me High-Tech Employee Antitrust Litigation is, in the appropriate context, perfectly acceptable as a proper noun in the same way that other borderline examples like "Cuban Missile Crisis" are acceptable proper nouns.
