Capitalization?
[edit]So, is it HIPAC, Hipac, HiPac, or what? Page name is "Hipac", article uses "HIPAC", Google seems to like "HiPac". Pick one! --A D Monroe III (talk) 00:16, 30 September 2017 (UTC)

[edit]So.. basic google search on "Hipac by pioneer" does gives the images for HiPac Sadly all of them are not in good condition and they cant be uploaded to Wikipedia based on its policy, Does anyone else have a HiPac ?, Or ask Techmoan for permission for images ?. Agreed. I asked him for pictures on the YouTube comments. Maybe he'll respond, maybe not. Would love original pictures to get around any other issues. Justabaldguy (talk) 02:26, 4 October 2017 (UTC)
YouTube citations
[edit]Just a reminder that YouTube videos are not reliable sources for Wikipedia. Techmoan's video cannot be used as the only citation for a fact; however, you could potentially include it as a secondary supporting source. So I am going to remove the second with the price and model numbers, as that information comes entirely from Techmoan's video and he does not state where he got that info from. For trying to find reliable sources, checking things like trade magazines might be a good start. MrAureliusRTalk! 02:29, 16 September 2020 (UTC)
- I went ahead and fixed the cite formats for the Billboard magazine references that were already there. I re-wrote a few parts that were badly written, and removed the info that came only from Techmoan's video. There is more info in those citations, but how much of it is relevant enough to include in this article is debatable. MrAureliusRTalk! 03:03, 16 September 2020 (UTC)

[edit]Is there any citable proof of this? Techmoan's video speculated on that possibility here and seeing the inside of the machine it looks like there are 2 different microswitches next to the foil splice sensor that could theoretically serve that purpose but none of the references back that up from what I can tell.
