  • Article is new enough, and to be honest these hooks all look pretty interesting and are cited to a reliable source. No issues at all with this DYK as far as I can see, well done! Gommeh 📖   🎮 12:37, 16 January 2026 (UTC)Reply

Lead

[edit]
  • "in Japanese is" -> "in Japan, is"
  • "[video game] [Pokemon Ruby and Sapphire]" is an MOS:DASH violation
  • Also it should be "video games" not "video game"
  • "exclaims that they are not the one she is looking for and disappears" I feel like a direct quote would be more useful here
    Implemented all above suggestions

Concept and creation

[edit]
  • Inconsistent use of "her" and "them"
Made sure to use "they/them/their" when referring to them as a collective, and "she/her/hers" for discussing specific members of this trainer group

Appearances

[edit]
  • "This card, particularly alongside"
    Fixed

Reception

[edit]
  • "Writer Scott Baird" no outlet named
  • "person.[18]Other" missing a space
    Both fixed

References

[edit]
  • Found no problems
