Famous this and famous that?

Why does everything have to be labeled as "famous"? I counted three uses of the word on this page and removed them all.

If something really is famous, it has an entry in wikipedia. If it isn't, it doesn't, and there is no reason to add one.

Hallila?

Is it really important that Hallila is mentioned? Almost no-one outside the city knows about it, it is a fairly small neighbourhood built in the '90s, and thus has no encyclopaedic value whatsoever. More important would be Vuores, which is a wholly new experiment of building a suburb in Finland, labelled as EcoCity. The building has not yet begun, but it will begin in the next few years. Also Kaukajärvi would be more important than Hallila.
