I'm proposing to turn this redirect into a disambiguation page. Currently, it redirects to Sir Henry Webb, 1st Baronet. There's now a page on Henry Richard Webb. WP:DISAMBIG states that "there are two topics for a term but neither is considered the primary topic, then a disambiguation page is used." I'm assuming here that neither of the pages is the primary topic. There certainly isn't much traffic on the existing redirect:
