William Joseph Flagg / Note 8
[edit]William Joseph Flagg (1818–1898), who married Eliza Longworth (1809–1891),[8] daughter of Nicholas Longworth.
The article on Nicholas Longworth indicates his children were Joseph and Catherine. This biographical dictionary is indicated as the source. Page 614, as cited in the article, doesn't appear to contain any on William Joseph Flagg? It contains information on Charles Noel Flagg, son of Jared Bradley Flagg, and Edward Octavius Flagg. From page 652, referring to Edward Octavius:
He married, first, Eliza Winstanly McNeil, and second, Mary L. Ferris, and he has two daughters.

Could Eliza Winstanly McNeil have been confused with an actual wife of William to create "Eliza Longworth"? I also don't see references to any of the other siblings, even though page 614 is cited several times when discussing them. Princess Emmie (talk) 18:02, 27 February 2021 (UTC)
