Adding my Wiki Education content to the page

[edit]

Hello fellow editors! I chose Heir Property as my topic for my Advanced Legal Research course. Through this project, I revised the background section, revised some portions of the community impact section, and fleshed out the Farm Bill and Agriculture Act sections. Additionally, I created a table of all current and pending heirs property legislation along with links for people to refer to. I noticed that the history/background section was quite similar to pages already existing online, so I wanted to edit the section in its entirety. If there are any issues, please do not he Julianna.s.00 (talk) 15:23, 20 May 2024 (UTC)Reply

Page title

[edit]

The page title does not match the text, or for that matter other random sources I looked at. The statement that this type of property is called either "heirs property" or "heirs' property" given in the text appears to be correct, and therefore should be reflected in the title. But that would call for some deliberation. I came across the term "heirs property" elsewhere, was wondering if that was proper usage, and on consulting Wikipedia found a confusing discrepancy.
