We could if we wanted, but none of the meanings of heel is that long yet, so nobody's bothered. If you created an account, you would gain access to the "Move Page" function, and could do it yourself, if you'd like. It's free and completely anonymous. Hope that helps. In my opinion heel spur should form a separate article, since I believe that it is a distinct medical condition.
