Talk:Hedgehog slice

A link leads here from the article on Saxon food. The words in the article are "Kalt Hund," and there is no explanation in that article or this as to what the relationship is between that and a page which only talks about an Australian confection. The only hint that there is an actual connection between the two is the categories listed at the bottom of the page:"German inventions" and "German cuisine." Presumably so mebody at some time knew enough to put this article into those categories and somebody at some time knew enough to link "Kalt Hund" from the Saxon food article to here. So somebody must, therefore, understand what the connection is? Couldn't they just put a sentence about it somewhere? Because at this moment, though it is intriguing that this Australian dessert was possibly invented in Germany, it just looks like a mistake. biscuits are NOT crushed

in Kalter Hund the biscuits are never crushed - and you can see in your picture that they aren't... I'd correct it myself, but I can only edit the article, not the 'short description sentence' :-( 212.37.55.178 (talk) 16:03, 28 May 2025 (UTC)

Why „Australian“?

Why is the sub headline "Australian snack" while most of the article is talking about Germany? If there isn't a good reason that I have missed, then I would suggest that we just call it "sweet dish" or something generic. D1db3k (talk) 20:29, 2 March 2026 (UTC)
