Date in error

[edit]

ภาพจากสมุดภาพรัตนโกสินทร์ พ.ศ. 2418 - 543 = 1875 AD, not 1865. How do we go about changing this date? And add English language translation to the file photo? --Pawyilee (talk) 06:32, 12 March 2010 (UTC)Reply

I understand that the concern is regarding both the file name and the image caption in the article? I've changed the image caption; I'll ask the uploader at Commons for confirmation before filing for a re-upload. --Paul_012 (talk) 09:20, 12 March 2010 (UTC)Reply

Battle of February 1885

[edit]

It is highly unlikely that the Armstrong guns lacked ammunition, and far more likely nobody present had ever fired one, much less had any idea how. As to โหร Hon practicing Hora (astrology) to determine when to start battles, they are still consulted today as to the best time to start coups. --Pawyilee (talk) 14:09, 6 May 2011 (UTC)Reply

Belligerents

[edit]

So-called Haw rebels (Red flag and Striped flag bands) could have included some Chinese Muslims, as some of them were in rebellion at the same time, but given the confusion, I don't think they should be listed as Belligerents here. How about Red flag and Striped flag rebel bands, instead? If no one objects, some day I'll change it. --Pawyilee (talk) 07:44, 13 April 2012 (UTC)Reply
