- It's a military "nickname", a two word code name, which is why it's written in caps. I'd like somebody to start an article clarifying that point, but it hasn't happened yet. 70.251.33.92 (talk) 17:52, 2 January 2009 (UTC)
Program or System?
[edit]As noted above, there is considerable confusion created by some military articles by the lack of disambiguating articles. In particular, I've noticed a pattern of re-use of the "nicknames" mentioned above, to refer to either a system (device) or the development program for the system. 70.251.33.92 (talk) 17:52, 2 January 2009 (UTC)
