Completely Useless Article

Would it be the end of the world to add a Filmography for these people?! In Correct (talk) 18:30, 16 March 2013 (UTC)Reply

Belittling

[edit]

I'm not sure I understand why there is simply one Wikipedia page for two separate individuals, Hugh Harman and Rudolph Ising. I understand they were creative partners, but, by that logic, one may as well combine the respective pages of William Hanna and Joseph Barbera into one. It may very well be that someone thought there is not enough readily available information about Harman and about Ising to justify two separate pages, but I nonetheless feel that two separate pages are appropriate, even if they would both be very short. Combining Harman and Ising into one page seems rather disrespectful to them. Any thoughts? HannaBarberaFanatic (talk) 23:35, 11 June 2014 (UTC)Reply

@HannaBarberaFanatic: As far as I can tell from the page history, the two were merged from the very beginning, in 2003. Their separate articles have not been even attempted to be written. i.e. The two pages, Hugh Harman and Rudolf Ising, were created as redirects to here. budget disputes with Schlesinger

[edit]

The reason for the disputes is that Harman and Ising demanded higher budgets which Schlesinger objected.https://www.latimes.com/archives/la-xpm-1992-07-22-mn-4365-story.html --Evope (talk) 06:39, 22 March 2020 (UTC)Reply

@Evope: You may just as well update the article with this information. WP:SOFIXIT. It's quite unlikely that the messages posted here would be answered in a reasonable period of time, if ever. Tomskyhaha (talk) 13:41, 24 March 2020 (UTC)Reply
