Is anyone sure about this ?

Hardy notation is abused similarly to Landau ones.

preceq and leftguillemets

:<math> f\preceq g \iff f= O(g) </math>   and   <math> f\leftguillemets g \iff f= o(g). </math>

$f\preceq g\iff f=O(g)$ Failed to parse (unknown function "\leftguillemets"): {\displaystyle f\leftguillemets g \iff f= o(g)}

When above code doesn't render as an error anymore, you can add it to the article. --Abdull 14:35, 2 March 2006 (UTC)
