The article doesn't say where the library is or why it's of interest---at the very least I think it needs to say what country and town the library is in, and make it clear whether it's just someone's local public library or one that is well-known in some way. As it stands, there isn't enough information of that kind in the article to write an introduction, or I'd create one.
