Haldia Port → Haldia Dock Complex – Original name is the WP:COMMONNAME in a significant majority of independent, reliable, English-language sources. Google Books: Haldia Port vs Haldia Dock Complex. "Haldia port" search in Google News also favour HDC. Referring to it as "Port" (not a noun) is also technically incorrect, as both HDC and the Kolkata Dock System are two dock facilities of Kolkata Port.
