Commons category

@Dyanega: Re , I think the link to commons:Category:Cicadidae isn't useful here, since that is linked to at Cicadidae. However, there is an image in this article - is there scope for a new Commons category that would match this article, and if so, could you create it? Thanks. The problem is that the Commons is using very outdated taxonomy, where there is no genus Hadoa at all, and all the Hadoa species are listed under Tibicen (as are all the Neotibicen and Megatibicen). This would mean editing and renaming dozens and dozens of images (like the one appearing here, which incorrectly IDs it as "Tibicen bifidus"), and deleting entire categories (e.g., there are no images in there of any Tibicen species as presently recognized, so that category would be empty). That's a major project requiring several hours and a fair bit of research, not a quick fix. I'm not presently able to do this, though it really does need to be done.
