Change in the order of adoption of Habeas Data in Latin-American Constitutions
[edit]Even though the cited source says that Colombia adopted Habeas Data in 1997, I know for a fact (I am a Colombian law student) that Colombia adopted it in 1991, before Paraguay's 1992 Constitution. So I changed the sentence which now says: "Following the Brazilian example, Colombia incorporated the Habeas Data right to its new Constitution in 1991. After that, many countries followed suit and adopted the new legal tool in their respective constitutions: Paraguay in 1992, Peru in 1993, Argentina in 1994, and Ecuador in 1996".
