Some information temporarily moved here about the shore base - ' The base trained the crews of various inshore patrol craft, mainly Motor Launches. It is estimated that 55,000 personnel of various nationalities attended courses there. The administration and accommodation was in Fort William and there were workshops and other buildings in Corpach, some of which survive.
