Armaments question

I know little about armaments but there seems to be a bit of a discrepancy.

Government of Canada states https://www.canada.ca/en/navy/services/history/ships-histories/chambly.html

Armament: one 4-inch (102-mm) gun, one 2-pound (0.9 kg) gun, two 20-mm guns (2 x I), one Hedgehog mortar and depth charges.

Wikipedia states Armament 1 × BL 4 in (102 mm) Mk.IX single gun 2 × .50 cal machine gun (twin) 2 × Lewis .303 cal machine gun (twin) 2 × Mk.II depth charge throwers 2 × depth charge rails with 40 depth charges originally fitted with minesweeping gear, later removed Peter K Burian (talk) 23:47, 19 September 2021 (UTC)

At which point in the ship's career is the Government of Canada stating? The Flower class underwent several refits. In reality, the entire article needs a rewrite, but the Government of Canada does not state if that what the ships was armed with at the beginning of its career or at the end. The corvettes did not start out with a crew of 85 for example, due to their small size and were intended as coastal escorts. However, since they were pressed into trans-Atlantic anti-submarine service, they had radar and sonar installed and their crew size ballooned as a result. Another example is the Hedgehog mortar, which would not have been installed until deep in the war. Like I said, the article needs a rewrite and I have been putting off rewriting all the Canadian Flowers and Rivers for a while now. I guess this is the impetus I need to get at it.
