Hiarcs 13 inside the Pocket Fritz 4

Why did Baccyak4H take out two significant points about Hiarcs 13?

1) Hiarcs 13 ran on a mobile phone HTC Touch HD. The hiarcs page said this. See http://www.hiarcs.com/Games/Mercosur2009/mercosur09.htm

2) Hiarcs 13 on the mobile phone, HTC Touch HD, searches less 20,000 positions per second. One of the programmers said this. See http://hiarcs.net/forums/viewtopic.php?t=2537&start=67
