I created this article to capture a list of all high-aspect-ratio microstructure fabrication technologies. HARMST is a commonly used acronym in the LIGA community and provides a place to put other (sometimes competing) high-aspect-ratio microfabrication techniques. The mention of an anisotropic silicon etching technique was removed from the LIGA page and will be added here.

I need to add the following:

• Other HARMSTs
