•Nadia Comăneci received the first perfect score, at the 1976 Summer Olympics held in Montreal, Canada. She was coached in Romania by coach, (Hungarian ethnicity), Béla Károlyi. Comaneci scored four of her perfect tens on the uneven bars, two on the balance beam and one in the floor exercise.[1] Even with Nadia's perfect scores, the Romanians lost the gold medal to the Soviet Union. Merger discussion (August 2024)
[edit]Podium training should be merged to here, as the article is a very short stub and would fit better here. LR.127 (talk) 00:22, 3 August 2024 (UTC)
- I'd have to agree; the podium training article is only two sentences long, but I don't know what else we can say about the thing. Surely we can find a place for it here somewhere. Where should we put it? Under § Health and safety? — JohnFromPinckney (talk / edits) 17:37, 9 September 2024 (UTC)
