The book "Bury Us Upside Down" (Presidio Press, 2006) cited in the entry was not written by John McCain. McCain merely contributed the foreword. The authors of this historical work on the "Misty FACs" in Vietnam are former Newsweek correspondent Rick Newman and Maj. Gen. Don Shepperd (USAF, ret.). I just happened to have finished reading this work a couple of days ago and spotted the error, but am too new to this to be bold enough to correct the entry. There should be a footnote to the book with a link, since it has its own entry, as does Shepperd individually (Shepperd, a former Misty FAC, is a CNN consultant on military matters).T.E.
