About changing the page name to "Group X (Art Movement)"

[edit]

This is because the name "Group X" is also a taxonomic synonym given by American Paleontologist Sterling Nesbitt for Poposauroidea, an advanced clade of triassic pseudosuchians. We should definetly not confuse these to un-related articles on the Wiki. Le Wikiuser has arrived (talk) 13:14, 2 August 2022 (UTC)Reply

@Le Wikiuser has arrived: I am not an expert on taxonomy, but as Poposauroidea says that this was an early informal name for this clade I think that this usage is too obscure to oust the art movement from the undisambiguated article name, even allowing for the obscurity of the art group. If we were to rename this article it should be decapitalised to "Group X (art movement)". I think it is sufficient to add a hatnote for Poposauroidea, which I have done – please check that I have worded this correctly. Verbcatcher (talk) 23:04, 29 August 2022 (UTC)Reply
