"Base" should appear insted of "Gate", "Gate" is in FET.
A few unfortunate terms
[edit]Actually I think that "base" might be correct in this context, but it's hard to tell because there are a few circumstances where BJT terms seem to be mixed with FET terms. Why do I see "emitter-collector" in a VLSI context? If "base" does in fact mean the body, then it should probably be "body" since that's an unambiguous term. AngusCA (talk) 18:30, 20 April 2010 (UTC)
