NN organization, fails the GNG and WP:ORG. Next to no sources found, and none with significant coverage; the only two I did find were namedrops. Seems to be a magnet for adspam, much of which has been excised in the article's history, but much which has still been added in. Notability tagged for over a decade. Created by SPA whose sole Wikipedia activity this was.

Spam magnet and SPA are not valid WP:DEL-REASONs. Numerous hits in Books search. Other sources deserve evaluation by other editors.

There's been a notability warning on this article for a few years. All it's got are links to the organization's own websites which suggests a either lack of imagination or a lack of notability. If anyone cares about this article I suggest they add some reliable secondary sources to establish its notability. I didn't find anything in the news about it but they're mentioned in a number of books. I don't have time to work here but hope someone does. Joja lozzo 14:49, 10 August 2012 (UTC)Reply
