Bio Edit

[edit]

I am the subject of this article and therefore have a conflict of interest. I am requesting that an uninvolved editor review the following proposed updates rather than making the changes myself.

The article currently ends with my tenure as head football coach at Buena Vista University and contains relatively little information about my coaching career or subsequent work in collegiate athletics.

I would like to request that editors consider expanding the Coaching career section with additional sourced information concerning my time at Nebraska–Kearney, Doane, Hastings and Buena Vista, and adding a brief section covering my post-coaching work in collegiate recruiting.

Potential sources include:

  • University of Nebraska at Kearney Athletics — announcement of Mollring leaving UNK to become offensive coordinator at Doane College.
  • Buena Vista University Athletics — Grant Mollring coaching biography and historical football records.
  • American Rivers Conference — announcement of Mollring’s hiring at Buena Vista.
  • Tudor Collegiate Strategies — staff listing identifying Mollring as Midwest Regional Coordinator and published recruiting articles by Mollring.
  • FirstDown PlayBook — November 12, 2024 announcement of Mollring joining the company.

I have drafted proposed neutral language below for editors to review. I welcome changes necessary to comply with Wikipedia’s policies on biographies of living persons, neutrality, reliable sourcing and due weight.

I would like to request consideration of the following expanded biographical material. I have attempted to keep the language neutral and to cite published sources for each substantive statement.

I understand that editors may modify, shorten, reject, or further source any of the proposed material in accordance with Wikipedia’s policies on biographies of living persons, neutrality, reliable sources, conflict-of-interest editing, and due weight.
