Started this page on Graham Tilby - senior Church of England official and inceasingly significant figure at IICSA speaking on the Church's responses to safeguarding and survivor issues. Need to edit in and cite data on this man's input into the church's safeguarding response and the IICSA hearings. I am not the subject, and so the intention is not self-promotion.
