"Survival horror aspect/elements"

This phrase is repeated in the lead and gameplay, but it it left vague. The survival horror elements/aspect of what? I would rephrase it to "the survival horror aspect of the game or something akin to it, but since the GA Review is ongoing, I'll leave it here.
