Description and Evaluation
[edit]I've tried to include some information about the protocol. It's still a far fetch from an in depth description and lacking in much non-biased evaluation of the protocol, as it is right now. EDG161 (talk) 03:58, 5 June 2009 (UTC)
UPDATE NEEDED
[edit]Hi, This page needs an update I think - google have since abondoned wave (to apache) but I don't get the impression it's going anywhere? Iamsorandom (talk) 18:41, 22 June 2013 (UTC)
Also, all external links are now 404. 81.132.128.16 (talk) 13:55, 24 April 2019 (UTC)
Protocol is abandoned
[edit]The project was moved from www.waveprotocol.org url to an Apache Incubator project in 2016 (https://web.archive.org/web/20160204014342/http://www.waveprotocol.org/). It was retired by Apache in January 2018 - https://incubator.apache.org/projects/wave.html
As it never had any official releases (https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/WAVE/) it might be a candidate for deletion Paladyn-john (talk) 19:47, 29 November 2025 (UTC)
