Google Fit future

@Jimmytrivedi:, I'm tired of going back and forth with your edits on here. The Google Fit API & SDK were depeciated for the upcoming Google Health. You can't say an official source is misleading, that is synthesis. We are here to state what the sources say. From their press release (emphasis mine):

As part of our transition to Google Health, we'll also consolidate our health and fitness offerings. We’ll invite Google Fit users to migrate their data into Google Health app later this year.

Google is merging everything to Google Health. There is no other way to interpret this statement. Migrate = to move from one place, region, or system to another. The keyword is the previous sentence about consolidating their health and fitness offerings. Please stop reverting my edits as I have explained this in the best way possible. @The Grid If you observe my edits for this page, all my statement are right. The problem is you have more power on wikipedia because you have done lots of edits, and you're misusing your power. If Google is not clearly indicated then how can you assume it? Let Google say it clearly and then you can update on wikipedia. Google said migrate their data, you mention the same, why are you saying replacing with Google Health app? Why you want to spread information which is not said by google? @InfiniteNexus and @The Grid Tell me one thing, we all including public, trust wikipedia as a reliable source to verify the information. Why you want to keep something which is not officially said or written clear indication? Why don't you keep same thing which is mentioned in blog instead of giving your own opinion, that's where my argument is.

Also, you should understand that https://9to5google.com/ is not a official source. Why you want to keep things on Wikipedia which is unofficial? You might be right that it will replace, but let Google say it clearly, until that you can add the same statement which is there in the blog. In particular, see WP:VNT and WP:!TRUTHFINDERS — we do not pursue "the truth", only what is reported by reliable sources, even if it winds up being "untrue"; see also WP:SCHOLARSHIP — reliable secondary sources are explicitly preferred to primary sources by our PAGs. 9to5Google is a reliable source and widely referenced, both on Wikipedia and by other sources. Your comments indicate a fundamental misunderstanding of our policies on verifiability, as we by no means restrict ourselves to what has been "officially" announced, and I would also advise you to moderate your tone if you wish to have a productive conversation with other editors — aggression usually doesn't entice others to listen to what you have to say.
