It is a wrong definition of what a Goathti is. Goathi is not a tent, it is a hut, a permanent building. https://no.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gamme , the reason that it is permanent is that reindeer have a migrating rout or the sea sami are living mostly in the same area. A Goathti is like a house. A lavvu is a tent for summer grassing and for living out side the Goathi. Rewording the "Construction" section
