Spelling error
[edit]Talking about the history, between 2004 and 2005, it spells Gmaill instead of Gmail. My account doesn't let me edit. SanDimas1988 (talk) 01:44, 18 August 2024 (UTC)

Please change Gmail is a mailbox provider by Google. to Gmail is a mailbox provider by Google, originally hosted as a Garfield mail tool. A-Good-Wiki-Helper! (talk) 16:29, 11 November 2025 (UTC)
Not done: it's not clear what changes you want to be made. Please mention the specific changes in a "change X to Y" format and provide a reliable source if appropriate. NotJamestack (talk) 16:48, 11 November 2025 (UTC)
- Please mention how the Gmail domain was registered as "gmail.garfield.com" (as far as I could gather) from December 1998 to March 2001(last snapshot where the website would show you a login page). Then, in May 2001 you would be hit with a notice stating that the Service had changed domain to "e-garfield.com". Came October 2013, the website would apparently resume operation, this time showing comedic Garfield strips instead of an E-mail service. Today, the website is no longer accessible. [edit]Does this section and its linked image have enough notability for Wikipedia? ―Eduardogobi (talk) 22:20, 15 April 2026 (UTC)
Gmail supports 79 languages now
[edit]Took the time to count the amount of languages available (school project haha), and I noticed they've added 7 more languages since (article says 72 as of 2015). I just don't know when it updated, unfortunately. ~2026-28391-59 (talk) 02:02, 11 May 2026 (UTC)
- From what I see, many are region specific ones, but it seems that what you said was accurate. The only thing I notice is that many are region specific, but it seems we already have some region specific ones, so I don't know if I should add the rest or not. It would be easier for someone else to say what ones are missing, since if you already have them, it makes it a whole lot easier. If you don't know which ones are missing, I can go and figure out which ones and update the article. SuperJames888 (Talk to me) 04:26, 11 May 2026 (UTC)
Units of meaurement
[edit]Roughly 1 GB? What metric are we using? There's two standards for measurement according to the gigabyte article. Amies Alloy (talk) 05:01, 18 June 2026 (UTC)
