[edit]I am an employee of Global Communities. We have changed our focus areas and I have highlighted some accurate information and links below. We also have welcomed the organization IntraHealth International as a subsidiary. I would encourage this addition. Here is a link to that documentation.

Here is info from our website on IntraHealth: In May 2024, Global Communities and IntraHealth International announced a strategic combination to multiply collective impact and better meet the changing needs of the countries served by both organizations.
Through this agreement, IntraHealth International became a subsidiary of Global Communities, integrating health even more deeply across humanitarian and development sectors to save lives through comprehensive and sustainable solutions.
Global Communities is a global impact organization with a mission to bring together local and global insights to save lives, expand opportunity, and fuel brighter futures.
The non-profit organization was founded in 1952 as the Cooperative Housing Foundation and provided affordable housing for low-income families in rural and urban America. In April 2020, Global Communities and PCI announced a merger to form one organization based on shared missions and complementary areas of technical expertise and geographic reach.[1] Today, their highly skilled global team brings decades of experience and deep roots in hundreds of communities around the world to their life-changing work in four core areas: food systems, global health, humanitarian assistance, and financial inclusion. In each of these areas, the organization strives not just to meet immediate needs, but to lay the foundation for stronger, more resilient futures. Gcjayala (talk) 20:34, 24 March 2026 (UTC)
