Last Two Paragraphs?

The last two paragraphs of this article seem out of place. They might fit (with some revision) into an article on, I don't know, Toledot or wife-sister narratives in Genesis, but in an article on a place they seem inappropriate (both because they don't add anything about Gerar itself and because as far as I can tell it's basically unsourced interpretation of Genesis).
