Birthplace anachronistic
[edit]There was no Telford in Shropshire in 1952, as the New Town, initially called Dawley New Town but renamed Telford in 1968, did not begin until the 1960s. He may have been born in a town or village now considered to be part of Telford. Ought to be investigated. Did any news reports or interviews mention what the actual birthplace could be?Cloptonson (talk) 18:41, 27 November 2025 (UTC)
