The "Chemostratigraphy" reference was out of context and was compared to a logging method.
On a drilling rig, there is only 3 logging methods (see below) and thousands of logging tools and sensors providing surface and down hole data:
- Mud Logging (While Drilling)
- MWD/LWD Measurement and Logging While Drilling
- Wireline Logging (After Drilling)
Chemostratigraphic logging tools will provide data through the logging methods for Chemostratigraphic study.
