COI tag (April 2026)
[edit]Several accounts appear to have been created exclusively to add promotional material to this page and other Brietling-related pages: Micheles34 (talk · contribs), Michele.1884 (talk · contribs), AntoineBBB (talk · contribs), Antoine Beu (talk · contribs). - Antoine Beu appears to be the Kern/Breitling photographer. So obviously there is a conflict of interest for the article. But at least this makes the copyright situation of the photo somewhat safe (or I would have nominated that for deletion).
- Micheles34 (talk · contribs) has been active on the German WP too and has translated a terribly promotional version of this article for the German WP which is currently nominated for deletion.
- In the deletion discussion it has been noted that the enWP article (and, consecutively, the German article too) appears to be copyvio from here, so you may want to check on that. I am not familiar with the necessary procedures on the enWP. --~2026-22331-42 (talk) 11:19, 11 April 2026 (UTC)

[edit]Hi, I noticed that quite a lot of things were removed from Georges Kern's page - including things that are facts:
Georges Kern (geboren am 25. Januar 1965) ist ein deutsch-schweizerischer Unternehmer und seit 2017 CEO des Schweizer Uhrenherstellers Breitling. Er studierte Politikwissenschaft in Strassburg, Frankreich, und schloss sein Studium der Betriebswirtschaft an der Universität St. Gallen, Schweiz, ab.
Georges Kern war von 2005 bis 2010 Mitglied der Young Global Leaders auf dem Weltwirtschaftsforum und ist seit 2011 Gründungskurator der Global Shapers Community in Zürich. Derzeit ist er Mitglied des Verwaltungsrates der Schweizerisch-Amerikanischen Handelskammer.
