“Former Republican”

[edit]

Duncan is being treated by Wikipedia as if he is not a Republican anymore. The Republican Party of Georgia is not legally able to ban Duncan from pulling Republican primary ballots, and Duncan has stated that he still considers himself a Republican. Georgia also does not have partisan registration. Shouldn’t he remain listed as a Republican with the caveat that he was notionally expelled by his state party? 2600:1000:B115:A6BE:904A:840A:939A:D0E1 (talk) 21:33, 17 January 2025 (UTC)Reply

I agree, someone made that change last week, I've changed it back. Valereee (talk) 17:35, 18 January 2025 (UTC)Reply
The point is moot now. Today he wrote an editorial stating that he now considers himself a Democrat.AtlColMilRab (talk) 17:57, 5 August 2025 (UTC)Reply
