Lead Image Implemented!
[edit]Hello everyone,
I’ve added a lead image to the article, since it previously had none. The image is a time‑lapse series of photographs showing a water droplet forming at the tip of a stalactite, demonstrating a well‑documented low‑temperature geochemical process (CO₂ degassing, approach to CaCO₃ saturation, and calcite deposition).

I thought this would be an effective way to visually convey an exemplar geochemical mechanism. If anyone has concerns about the choice of image, the caption, or the overall layout (e.g. interaction with the navbox or other images), I’m very open to feedback and happy to adjust as needed.
Kind regards, Xyqorophibian (talk) 09:24, 5 January 2026 (UTC)
