Local lore has it that the first all electric house was a showcase home here at the GE Realty Plot, I havent found a reliable source for this, only promotional sites such as the website for the Parker Inn, a boutique hotel in downtown Schenectady. Someone with more time may be able to verify this fact or show it to be an urban legend.Camelbinky (talk) 23:31, 10 September 2009 (UTC)Reply
